How does Phase III pre-sale customization work?
A Phase III residence at Latitudes in the Park can be reserved with 10% down, after which the buyer chooses the residence type, plan, stair type, elevator choice, kitchen-bath-flooring level, lighting and closets before installation.

Ten percent down reserves the lot and opens the selection process.
What can actually be changed?
Buyers choose the residence type, standard or first-floor-bedroom plan, stair type, elevator choice, builder-grade or Level 1–3 kitchen-bath-flooring selections, then lighting and closets.
When do selections close?
Each category closes as construction reaches it, so earlier reservations carry more choice.
