A Phase III residence at Latitudes in the Park can be reserved with 10% down, after which the buyer selects cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures, appliances and an optional rooftop outdoor kitchen before construction closes in.

What deposit reserves a Phase III lot?
Ten percent down reserves the lot and opens the selection process.
What can actually be changed?
Finishes and fixtures: cabinetry, counters, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, appliance package, closet build-outs, and the rooftop outdoor kitchen. The structure and floor plan are fixed.
When do selections close?
Each category closes as construction reaches it, so earlier reservations carry more choice.
