Yes. A private rooftop terrace is standard on every residence, reached by an interior stair from the top floor.
Which residence includes the rooftop outdoor kitchen and hot tub?
Residence 6207 is the only home offered with a rooftop outdoor kitchen and hot tub.
Is the terrace shaded?
Pergola shade structures are used across the community, and owners commonly add them over the dining side of the terrace.
