Yes. A private rooftop terrace is standard on every residence, reached by an interior stair from the top floor.
Can an outdoor kitchen be added?
Yes. Premium corner residences include a full rooftop outdoor kitchen, and Phase III buyers can add one.
Is the terrace shaded?
Pergola shade structures are used across the community, and owners commonly add them over the dining side of the terrace.
